Mix Levels

Hi,
When importing a mix into Har-Bal, what are the recommended RMS and Peak levels?
When importing a mix into Har-Bal, what are the recommended RMS and Peak levels?
Basically, a mix without final stereo bus limiting or compression. For well mix material that'll mean an average level of around -16dB or so, or perhaps lower if it's a classical piece.
